Downtown Volkswagen is currently offering complimentary valet service to encourage our customers to stay home during this time. This service includes the pickup and delivery of your vehicle, within city limits.
Important Notice: our complimentary shuttle service(s), car wash, customer lounge, and coffee bar has been suspended to ensure the health and safety of our team and guests. All customer vehicles will be disinfected (steering wheel, shift knob, interior door handles, keys, or any other touch points during your service). Technician’s working on your vehicle are mandated to use fresh disposable gloves and all high traffic areas are sanitized regularly.
Our showroom is open to the public, by appointment only. We are available to assist with any vehicle purchase needs via telephone or through our buy from home program for those who prefer to shop from the comfort and safety of their own homes. For more information, please click here.
Our Parts department is open and readily available to assist. Please be aware that all part purchases are available for curbside pick-up and must be ordered and paid fully, over the phone, prior to pick up. Credit card orders only.

Downtown Volkswagen’s Internal Response to COVID-19
Your health and safety is our number one priority. In response to COVID-19, we have taken additional safety measures, following the lead of the Canadian and local public health authorities, to ensure your safety and the safety of our team.
In-Store community safety Information – Community safety communications posted on all exterior facing doors and within the dealership. Detection, prevention, and best practices.
Sanitization Plan – Increased sanitization of all high traffic area touchpoints within the dealership daily. Our facility is also professionally cleaned after hours.
Service Work Preparation – Guest vehicles are disinfected, and our technicians are required to wear disposable gloves while working on vehicles.
Sanitization Locations – Hand sanitizer dispensers are located throughout the dealership for guests (when applicable) and staff to sanitize throughout the day.
Suspension of Convenience Services – All complimentary shuttle services, car wash services, customer waiting lounge, and coffee bar, have been suspended temporarily until further notice.
Hand Etiquette – As outlined by health officials, Downtown Volkswagen’s team is frequently washing their hands and refraining from shaking hands.
